a. Property Listings:
- Cancellation by Clients: If you have listed a property on our website and wish to cancel the listing, you may do so by contacting our customer support team at support@bunglows.in. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the listing going live. After 24 hours, the listing fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Bunglows.in: We reserve the right to cancel any listing that violates our terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
b. Property Services:
- If you have booked a service (such as property valuation, photography, etc.) and need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Refund Policy
a. Property Listings:
- Refunds for cancelled listings will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
b. Property Services:
- If a booked service is cancelled within the specified timeframe (48 hours before the scheduled service date), a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds for services cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will reflect the remaining balance after the 50% cancellation fee is deducted.
- In the event that Bunglows.in is unable to provide a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
c. Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services and promotional offers may be marked as non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- To request a refund or cancel a service, please contact our customer support team at support@bunglows.in. Provide your order number, the service or listing you wish to cancel, and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
4. Changes to this Policy
